LONG COURSE INFO:
Long Course Run 1: The Long Course Run will start first and will have runners taking off at Oronoco City Hall/Fire Station running west on 2nd St NW, right on 1st Ave NW, left on 4th St NW, right on 2nd Ave NW, and left onto 5th St NW. The runners continue west on 5th St NW, turning left onto the overpass, left onto Lake Shady Dr heading south. Runners then turn right on 1st St NW, left on 9th Ave NW, left on Center St NW, left back onto Lake Shady Dr heading North and back to Oronoco Park to T1. 1ST RUN.
Long Course Bike: The riders will leave the transition area and exit the park going right on 5th St NW(Cty 12) for 1 block, then turning right on Minnesota Ave to head straight through the main street of Oronoco heading south for 2 miles. Riders will then make a left turn on 100th St going east for 1.6 miles. A right turn on 18th Ave will take the riders south. At 85th St. NW the riders will take a right and go west to 31st Ave and turn left. This take riders south to 75th St. where the route turns right heading east to Douglas. In Douglas, the riders will turn north on Cty Rd 3. The road winds north for about 3.5 miles. The road intersects with Cty Rd 12(100th ST.) going east. The riders will turn left on Cty Rd 3 and head north. The route goes past Tilly's Bar and Grill on Lake Shady Rd. The riders will then turn right (east) at the overpass on 5th St. and head back to Oronoco Park.

Long Course Run 2: The final run will take the runners out of Oronoco Park east on 4th St NW(for 1 block. Turning right, the runners will run through town all the way to 100th ST. Turning right, the runners will run over the overpass west to 3rd Ave. NW. Turning right, the runners will head north. Turning left on Zumbro Hills Dr SW. Turning right on 7th Ave. SW, which curves around to the right toward Lake Shady Rd (Hwy 52 Frontage Rd). Turn left on Lake Shady Rd. Turn right at the overpass on 5th St. NW (Cty 12). Runners will head to the finish line at Oronoco Park.

SHORT COURSE INFO:
The short course is very similar to the long course routes. The start line, transition area, and finish line are all in the same locations as the long course.
Short Course Run 1: The Short Course Run will start 12 minutes after the Long Course Run Start. The Short Course Run follows the same route as the long course, but turns around at Aid Station 1. The course returns on the same route back to the transition area.

Short Course Bike: The riders will leave the transition area and exit the park going right on 5th St NW(Cty 12) for 1 block, the turning right on Minnesota Ave to head straight through the main street of Oronoco heading south for 2 miles. Riders will then make a left turn on 100th St going east for 1.6 miles. A right turn on 18th Ave will take the riders south. At 85th St. NW the riders will take a left and go east to Fredericks Dr., Fitzpatrick Ln where the turnaround point is. Riders will return back to Oronoco park via the same path. (13 miles)

Short Course Run 2: The final run will take the runners out of Oronoco Park east on 4th St NW(for 1 block. Turning right, the runners will run through town until the turn around point at 5th St SE & Minnesota Ave. Runners will return back to Oronoco Park and the finish line.

TRANSITION AREA INFO:
Transition area will be open on Sunday morning until 8:45 a.m. The transition area of the event is located in Oronoco park. Per USAT mandate, the TA is a secure area where only participants wearing a Tyvek Event wristband will be allowed entry. The entry point of the TA is on the West end of the oval park road. The exit point of the TA is on the East end of the oval park road. The entire transition area is encircled with barrier fencing. Bikes must be pushed in and out of the TA. All bikers must have their helmet on and chin-strap fastened prior to mounting the bike. Both the entry point and exit point of the TA have timing mats. Please refer to the map TRANSITION.
